Refund policy

We have a 1-year no-questions-asked return policy, which means you have 365 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must have the original packaging your products came in. You’ll also need your order number or any other identifiable piece of information you placed your order with such as your full name, email, shipping address, etc.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@taurigum.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Lost Packages
You must provide the exact address for your order. Any mistake could delay shipping at your expense. If you place an order over the phone, we will repeat all of the information provided aloud for confirmation and approval to help you be sure it is correct. Please note that Taurigum is not responsible for errors of USPS or courier services, or if you provide or confirm an incorrect address. If a package is lost after we ship it, which does rarely occur, Taurigum will not be responsible if the tracking information lists the order as “delivered,” which means USPS or the courier service delivered the product to the address specified. If the package is sent to an address other than the one you specified, upon return of the original package to Taurigum, Taurigum will reship the order.

However, in most cases when a package is lost, even if we are not responsible to do so, we will take proper measures to ensure you receive your order one way or another.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like free promotional items, items bought using Tauri-Points, gift cards and, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If your product was purchased through a Tauri-Gum distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
